I cannot thank you enough for everything you did for me to resolve the rusting box in my 2008 Toyota Tundra. It is nice to know that Toyota and Inver Grove Toyota stands behind their products in a 8 year old truck.
The story all started with me noticing some rust in the box about 2 years ago. Since I drive the truck very little, (it has 60,000 miles on it) I was not overly concerned as I thought it was surface rust in the box and I always wanted to have the box sprayed with a box liner anyhow. Over the summer I noticed several spots where rust was coming thru between the layers of metal. After doing some research on the internet, it became clear that Toyota had experienced some problems with the sealing of the beds. You were the first one I reach out to and from there we had several conversations before we resolved the matter.
The part that impressed me the most about you was the fact that you always had my best interest in mind and you did everything to resolve the issue in a fair, yet equitable manner. The second part I am so impressed with is the quality of the work. Please make sure to thank everyone involved as the quality is impressive.
From time to time I speak to vendors at trade groups or at the Minnesota Grocer's Assoc and when I speak about customer service I am going to use my experience at Inver Grove Toyota as an example. I am in the retail grocery business and responsible for 181 stores in the upper Midwest and we always talk with the stores about customer service and putting the customer first. You have certainly succeeded at that..
