Chuck Paciorek was great.  We told him our hockey schedule for the day and he was able to let us drive the car for the afternoon to make sure all the gear fit in the trunk, etc.  We purchased the vehicle later that day and Chuck had it cleaned and ready for pick up at our convenience.  Overall, great experience.
